Shipping Costs and Thresholds

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free shipping on all orders over ৳1,000
  • Free shipping threshold subject to change based on operational requirements
  • Promotional free shipping offers may have different thresholds

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100
  • Same-day delivery (Dhaka only): ৳150
  • Cash on Delivery fee: Additional ৳20 on all COD orders

Rate Adjustments

  • Shipping rates may be adjusted based on fuel costs, courier charges, and operational expenses
  • Rate changes will be communicated on our website and social media
  • Existing orders will not be affected by rate changes

Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Verification Calls: May extend processing time for COD orders
  • Holiday Periods: Processing may take 48-72 hours during Eid, Puja, and national holidays

Delivery Times

  • Dhaka Same-day: Orders placed before 12:00 PM, delivered same day
  • Dhaka Standard: 1-2 business days
  • Major Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Other Areas: 3-5 business days

Delivery Requirements

Address Information

  • Complete and accurate delivery address required
  • Contact phone number mandatory for successful delivery
  • Landmark references recommended for faster location

Recipient Availability

  • Recipient or authorized person must be available during delivery hours
  • Delivery hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (may vary by courier)
  • Alternative contact person information helpful for smooth delivery

Delivery Attempts

  • First Attempt: Standard delivery during business hours
  • Second Attempt: Follow-up attempt within 24-48 hours
  • Third Attempt: Final attempt before return to sender
  • Customer contacted before each delivery attempt

Failed Delivery Process

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure availability during estimated delivery timeframe
  • Provide accurate contact information for delivery coordination
  • Respond promptly to courier calls and messages

Return to Sender

  • Orders returned to sender after 3 failed delivery attempts
  • Customer responsible for reshipment costs
  • Refund processed minus original shipping charges for unclaimed orders

Address Change Requests

  • Address changes after shipment incur additional ৳50 fee
  • Changes must be requested within 6 hours of dispatch
  • Not all address changes are possible once courier pickup completed

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Eligibility

  • Available for all orders within Bangladesh
  • Verification call required for orders over ৳2,000
  • First-time customers may require additional verification

COD Process

  • Customer pays exact order amount to courier upon delivery
  • No change provided - exact amount required
  • COD fee of ৳20 added to total order value

COD Limitations

  • Orders may be cancelled if customer unavailable for verification
  • Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD privileges suspension
  • Only Bangladesh Taka accepted for COD payments

Special Circumstances

International Shipping
